Published pricing assumes a conventional single-family residence with standard residential systems and reasonable access. Specialty or proprietary HVAC/filtration, generators, elevators, extensive smart-home infrastructure, multiple residences or detached structures, multiple kitchens, unusual access, high-volume consumables, or other materially complex service requirements may require custom pricing or separately quoted specialty service and supplies.
