Estate Management is highly customized to the needs of each estate. No two luxury properties carry the same systems or history — so no two Estate Management plans look exactly the same. A typical program is built around:

A customized recurring property-condition review, on a frequency defined in your proposal, covering HVAC systems, water heaters, appliances, plumbing fixtures, exterior condition, and security systems
Regular reporting and continuous Home Passport updates
A custom preventive-maintenance schedule
Dedicated handyman/technician time, allocated in your custom proposal
Scheduling, coordination, authorized access, communications, and documentation within your agreed plan
Access to our preferred vendor network at member-only discounted rates with priority scheduling

Every MCH relationship begins with a coordinated Whole Home Assessment. Our team documents the property and its maintenance needs, while licensed professionals independently assess specialized systems such as plumbing and HVAC — giving us an informed baseline from the start.

Monroe Home Passport

Your home, organized in one place.

Your assessment becomes a detailed Monroe Home Passport documenting key systems, equipment, filters, shutoffs, safety devices, specifications, photos, warranties and maintenance information — so your home never has to be figured out from scratch when it needs service.

One-time Home Passport Setup applies. Annual HomeCare Supplies Fee applies to maintenance memberships and is tailored to the needs of the property. Exact fees are provided during enrollment.

Ready to talk about your estate?

Independent providers remain responsible for their own work. MCH does not oversee or manage any licensed work or approve any client expenses, bids, or other items that may require additional authorization. We may collect bids for project-specific work at your request, including within our preferred vendor network, but we do not recommend, authorize, warranty, or manage vendor work outside of MCH's own handyman scope under Nevada law.
